Sulla dinamica della base sociale del diritto internazionale
Abstract
This is a continuation of the previous work (Gli enti). It illustrates the factual nature of international persons, particularly persons “other than States” (insurgent parties, liberation movements, the Holy See and Vatican City, governments in exile, etc.) and their connection with other respectively related international persons. Such entities compose, together with States, the factual “constituency” or “social basis” of international law.
