The nature of the international personality of the Holy See

The constantly broadening scope of thr role played by the Holy See in international affairs suggests a revisitation of the doctrinal positions relating to the nature of the Roman Church’s personality in international law. The article illustrates a factual concept of the Catholic Church’s person of international law and that person’s relationship with the Vatican City State.
