Dualism Revisited: International Law and Interindividual Law

Abstract
A formulation of the dualist theory with the addition of specific comparative analyses of a few important scholarly contributions on the issue of the relationship between international law and municipal law. It also attempts to define the nature of the inter-individual internal legal orders of international organs, the latter including both isolated international organs (such as arbitral tribunals and commissions) as well as the organs of the United Nations and of the UN specialized agencies.
