L’Etat dans le sens du Droit des Gens et la notion du Droit International

Dans un essai d’il y a trois ans nous avons résumé quelques vues au sujet de la conception du droit international comme échelon suprême d’un ordre juridique universel décentralisé ou imparfait. Abstract
Taking the previous works as a starting point, the Author criticizes the notion of international law as a constitutional law of mankind; and in a series of chapters analyzes a variety of interrelated issues including, inter alia, the relationship of State and government, the relationship between international and municipal law, single international persons “other than States” as well as international customary law and international organizations etc. The article presents a general overview of “droit des gens” as a private law among independent factual collective entities.
