The [alleged] Federal Analogy and the UN Charter interpretation: a crucial issue

A critical view of the predominant theory of the United Nations as a likely antecedent of a universal federal state. The article compares the creation of the United Nations with the so-called “critical period” of the American nation’s history that preceded the adoption of the American Federal Constitution.
